How to Request a Refund

  • Go to Orders > Request Refund next to the relevant order.

  • Submit your reason and any supporting details/images if applicable.

  • Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

What’s Non-Returnable

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personalised/custom items

  • Items worn or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

  • Return costs are covered by the customer unless the product is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for safety.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges
